Digital tool assessment.

What is it?

The Digital Tool Assessment plan guides companies and organizations to assess the user experience of existing digital platforms, digital tools, or applications. Through this plan, we identify successes, gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement with the end goal of supporting clients to adapt existing tools and related processes to the needs of users.

We aim to support companies and organizations to leverage digitalization to drive greater inclusivity, efficiency, and partnership, focusing on both tool users and end-market actors. We also work with software developers to improve tools based on the real needs, wants, and desires of clients, including both current users and potential future users.

What does it include?

  • Kick-off meeting to discuss goals and stakeholders, followed by an analysis and report outlining the various functionalities, challenges, and opportunities of tools leveraged.

  • Interviews with users and software developers to assess internal perspectives, resulting in a report outlining feedback and ongoing tool feasibility.

  • Elaboration of a report outlining specific recommendations, organized into must-have priorities and nice-to-have options.
